A Cloakroom, close to the front door & pool area, has a WC and washbasin.

fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, water cooler, kettle, coffee filter jug, Turkish coffee pan, and toaster.

All cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and saucepans necessary for self catering.

Open plan lounge with dining area. Open fireplace, satellite TV and cabinet, CD and DVD, and board games. 3 seater settee, 2 seater settee, arm chair, dining table with 6 chairs. Patio doors open onto 2 large balconies with marble table and patio chairs.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
All bedlinen, bathroom and kitchen towels are provided (not including beach or pool towels). House and linen will be clean on arrival. Extra cleaning and laundry is available – prices on request. A small complimentary welcome pack will be provided.

The number of steps make it unsuitable for wheelchairs & people who have problems with steps.
Outside
A very private Roman ended overflow swimming pool (10x5m) with underwater lights. Large sun bathing area with a table, parasol, 6 loungers with cushions a total of 12 pool/balcony chairs, outside lighting, BBQ, shower and a garage. The house has garden all around it, planted with trees and flowering shrubs, with a wall surround. The pool is only a few feet from the front door, with no houses overlooking it.
