Special terms
The customer must make changes to the inner wall no later than 20 days before wall manufacture begins.
Plasterboard or suspended ceiling is not included in our standards. Our customers who want to apply must notify the facilities within 20 days at the latest before the installation begins.
Ceramics will be furnished, including the hall, corridor and kitchen contractor options.
Wet areas (kitchen, bathroom) will be ceramic on screed. Tiles will be applied up to the ceiling height. Price differences of the standard external ceramics and tiles will be covered by the customer. Kitchen tiles will be made between the lower bang and the upper cabinet.
The company will determine the flooring of balconies and windowsills. (Cannot be changed)
Our customers who want different manufacturing in the above-mentioned places will be able to make their choice by paying the price difference (workmanship + material) to the contractor company.
Element, motor, booster, diver etc. maintenance of electrical appliances belongs to the customer 3 months after delivery.
The delay caused by extra work will be added to the delivery date.
When the contractor company encounters any problems, it can carry out non-project manufacturing in order to reach a solution as soon as possible.
The desired changes after any manufacturing will not be taken into account.
The contractor company can replace the material with its counterpart so as not to cause delay due to lack of material.
The customer must pay the extras (worker + material) arising from the requests that can be made out of the standard, to the contractor company in advance when requested. (In case the payment is not made on time, the contractor company applies the standard production.)
The customer cannot apply any external production. All manufacturing will be carried out by the contractor company.
