Bedroom 1:
This master suite has stunning views over the sea and to the young orchard, with a Euro King bed, bespoke walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with double sink and extra-large shower. It also benefits from a tv for watching DVDs and a DVD-player/stereo plus remote-controlled air conditioning, floor-standing fan and black-out curtains.
Bedroom 2:
If you are staying in the delightful ground floor master bedroom with a Super King four-poster bed, you can wake up and look directly across the terrace to the sea just below. This lovely room has a spacious en-suite bathroom, with double sinks set within a granite worktop, and a corner bath/shower. This room has both remote-controlled air conditioning and a floor-standing fan. The bedroom is suitable for those with reduced mobility and all key amenities are on one level on the ground floor, with only a small lip to access the terraces from any ground-floor door.
Bedroom 3:
Across a circular mezzanine from the master suite is a charming bedroom with double aspect views across the sea and the nearby cove. This bedroom has a 5ft King four-poster bed, built in wardrobe, remote-controlled air conditioning, floor standing fan and black out curtains.
Bedroom 4:
This twin bedroom looks out towards the cove as well as over the pool terrace and has a built-in wardrobe. It has blackout curtains and a fan.
Outside:
There is a large terrace surrounding the 11 x 5.5m pool with loungers, chairs and parasols, plus a pergola with traditional Turkish barbeque with seating for 8 or more. The terrace wraps around the house to a sea side terrace with steps leading down to the shore. The upper terrace encircles the house, providing superb views for 360 degrees and shade when ever you may want it.
